Where’s the cheapest place to get poster-sized prints?

I’ve looked at places like Meijer, Walgreens, Walmart, Snapfish, etc to see who is the cheapest. Most are fairly expensive, as a 20×30 print goes for about $16.
What’s the cheapest place around to get these prints?
